Totally ****ed off
As per my recent complaint against finrite ..I tried calling today to find out if my phone would be delivered I was put on hold for 14 minutes just to find out if my cellphone would be delivered today.. my thing is I'm paying for my insurance y is it so hard to receive help from these guys no one seems to be bothered ,y sell out yours insurance policy when it's so difficult for you'll to help , is this being done to everyone that as a policy with finrite ? All they say is Ram couriess as the product ,but when I call Ram they say the product is with the insurance company ... What is going on with these guys ..this totally not acceptable ..
