Totally bad service

This is my second review about it because of my 2 cellphones that went for repairs since the 10/08/2020 since my last review no one has contacted me in any way even though they said in their reply they'll contact me ASAP, now I don't know what to do because I'm paying my insurance but I don't have my phones ✆ with me the people who are supposed to be helping me they are nowhere to be found... I'm so frustrated
