top managent of finrite are a disgrace.they dont know what they are doing

this is really sad,,finrite is a joke i thought that their junior staff are not proffessional but hey i was very wrong coz it seems like top management is the worst,,they are the ones telling the junior staff what to tell their customers..really i sent an email to them and even after complaining on this plattform they never came back to me,they just dont care,what the hell is going on at finrite,do the directors of this company know how bad their company is being run,its a shame and if anyone has the directors or ceo email or contact details please share with me as i want to escalate my problems maybe they will help.finrite cant replace my lost iphone and they are telling me that they dont know when they will have stock..come on guys we are paying a lot of money for this **** service.i never signed a contract with their so called supplier so please do somethng and stop telling me about your supplier,if your supplier cant get stock then change the supplier.you area disgrace a bunch of people who cant run a company.my tc number is 037656 and i will keep on writting on this plattform or any social media about how bad you are untill my issue is resolved,,,i also blame telkom for their partnership with finrite.telkom customers are having a night mare with finrite and dont understand why they are still working with them.telkom please cancell whatever contract you have with finrite because you will start losing your customers
