THIS IS BEYOND HORRIBLE
more than 3 weeks trying to claim for my phone from Telkom insurance, try calling no answer till your call is dropped, been waiting for too long with no response and no phone, but i pay every month :( the only response i will get from this complaint is that an agent will call me which NEVER HAPPENS, NEVER!!!!
