This company is useless!

Some friendly advice, if you ever decide to buy a phone from Foschini do not EVER decide to insure your phone. Foschini and their insurance company Finrite are both EQUALLY PATHETIC. Since my phone got ****** in November I am STILL waiting for my claim to be processed. It has been the most ridiculous back and forth with these pathetic companies. My account gets paid by debit order every month with no complaints from me but when you actually need them to do their freaking job they are USELESS!!! Looking by all the complaints on their wall it's no wonder. Foschini should just close their doors along with Finrite! I want a new phone and I don't give a sh*t at this point what you do to get me one but just do it!!
