******* and ******** thats what Finrite is.

Finrite has been charging a family protection plan on my account without my permission.I was at Ackermans and one of the guys by the name of Mfundo came to me saying they are updating old store cards to new ones and mine was old since I've had it for over 10 years, he took my details asked me to sign for a new store card. I did that. I got a call monday about the form I filed but I was told It for a policy which i said i dont want it and hung up.It turns out he signed me up for a family policy just so he can get commission from it and added things on the form that weren't there when I signed the form. I went to Ackermans on 3 occasions asking why my account is always owing when i paid it up already can they check if the is anything added on my account like a funeral cover cause this has happened before, they told me the is nothing there so I paid and the same thing happened the following month. I asked Northgate at ackermans and they said the was one but cancelled in September which i told them i never agreed to anything of the sort. They still continued to bill me for it until i asked for my statement which i saw what they were billing me and i called and had it cancelled. I asked for my refund and was told I was not getting it cause i signed the doc. They are croocks I want my money and im not paying for a damn thing. Their representatives in tore are just after sales and trick customers to join Finrite which i never heard of until this time, Ackermans is just as useless and i wont be paying any amount they say is outstanding for this insurance cause i never authourised it at all. ******* and ******** thats what Finrite is.
