They took my money and never delivered

Its a cellphone insurance company. I claimed and was told to pay the access which was R250 and that was a year back. They later said they do not have the stock. Ok I waited and then they told me they will send me the phone but It was not the one I wanted and I had to pay R500. I paid it one month back and I was told the handset will be with me 3-7 days but till today. NOw they are playing hide and seek and telling me they cant get hold of me for delivery. When I ask for the number for the delivery company nobody has it and nobody has the tracking number. When I ask for my money back there is loud silence. For anyone out there never ever take an insurance with these people they will rob you in day light. Don't say I did not warn you.
