They change and ***** phone parts!

Don't trust them and don't give them your phone they are ******!! I sent my phone to be repaired by Finrite, my phone (Samsung) was having trouble restarting, it would restart and show the logo but it wouldn't actually turn on, so I sent it there. After some time my phone came back and the first thing that I noticed before I even turned it on was my screen, they had changed my perfectly good screen. I wondered why they changed my screen because there was nothing wrong with it, it didn't even have a crack on it and we told them that there was nothing wrong with the screen, but this screen looked brand new and different. I ignored that for a moment and restarted my phone and it worked properly without any problems, until after just a couple of days. Literally just two days after, I notice a dark mark on the right hand corner of the screen, I wonder about it because I didn't do anything to my phone I was just reinstalling apps and getting my documents and such, back into my phone. But as the day progressed, the dark mark gradually covered the top part of my phone and I couldn't see the top part of my phone properly but the phone itself was still working. Before the week was finished I couldn't use my phone anymore because my screen was so dark and inky, like there was some ink spilled inside the screen. When we took the phone back to Finrite and showed them the phone, we asked them why they changed the screen without our consent, they denied it and then refused to fix it without paying another excess fee, even though this was clearly their doing. They then accused me of dropping the phone, which I didn't and said that, that was probably the reason for the ink spill, I didn't drop my phone at all, not even once during that week. We left the phone there nonetheless, telling them to fix this problem because they caused it, but they kept it for several months refusing to fix it, until we told them to leave it and bring it back. Now the phone won't turn on at all, don't trust these people, and don't take your phones to be fixed by them, they will ***** the parts of your phone and then refuse to fix it without paying them again.
