They are the worst dont use them and if you already are, cancel your insurance and seek a better company

I sent my phone for repairs on the 2nd of October 2017 and received an email from Thembani Sathekge (03 October 2017) that was notifying me of my excess fee and further read that i should advise whether they should start repairing the phone and then despatch upon receipt of Excess which i replird to by saying they should proceed to repair. I then waited a week and then made the excess payment on 13th of October 2017 and sent proof of payment but no one acknowledged receipt of the email so i decided to call them only to find that the phone was still not repaired so i asked them to get on with it ASAP as i have paid excess and the consultant informed me that it will be at the store early the following week. I called the call centre again on the 16th of October 2017 to check when it will be at the store and i was told that on the 19th of October 2017 or latest 20th of October 2017. I have just called again now and they are telling me that it is still being repaired and should be at the store one the 24th of October 2017. My argument is why on the first correspondence did they communicate that they will repair it and despacth it upon receipt of Excess? What is even more frustrating is that the call centre has shown major signs of incompetence and lack of professionalism, they make you hold and it just gets cut off while you are holding or it wont even go through. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN ZA!!!!
