The worst service EVER!!!!

<p>From day 1 in attempting to lodge a claim for a lost / stollen cell phone all the way through has been an absolutely dreadful experience!!</p> <p>From holding on for 30 minutes to being cut off after this gruelling 30 minute horrific music "playlist" right through to no one returning you call - NO SERVICE - Nothing, nadda, niks!!!!</p> <p>My claim is still outstanding and unprocessed despite filling in and ticking all the tickboxes.</p> <p>I highly recommend that you do not insure ANYTHING through Finrite.... NOTHING!</p>
