The Worst Insurance Partner

This company and Vodacom continue to deduct the contract account yet refuse to approve an insurance claim. Paying for insurance for a non-existent device... Even after the claim was taken to their complaints department, they sent a generic response which shows that nobody cares and nobody looked into the matter. I am horrified that Vodacom insists on using this company for their contract insurance. My only advice is that you stick to reputable insurance firms like Naked or MiWay. We live in a country where you can be ****** more than once a year and these companies don't care about their client's experiences. Run as fast as you can!!!!!!
