The WORST insurance EVER!!!!

<p>Whatever u do NEVER insure with Finrite! I claimed for my damaged phone beginning of March a week later the phone is picked up by RAM then SILENCE. I followed up on the progress by week 2 and was asked if I had paid my excess yet I was never notified of the status of my phone & that the excess was due. The agent then said that the phone needs to be replaced & i needed to pay the excess and that she would send the sms with banking details. The next morning the excess was paid then they're silent again. I call the day after payment is made & asked them what's next. This agent could not view the proof of payment sent the day before to assist me so I had to resend it that's when I was given the 2 phone options to choose from, I chose & was informed that the phone would be delivered by the end of the week, it was'nt!After constant follow ups & with each call being told that they're sending an email to the supplier to request a waybill no, it never materialised until the phone was discontinued. When I spoke to the call centre manager Diana Kruger the only help she provided was to say someone would call me back & when they did it was to tell me to choose from 2 other options When I chose on Monday I was assured that it would be delivered on Friday by 5pm, I followed up on Wednesday to ask if they had a waybill number & if I indeed can expect my phone Friday...they had yet to send the email to the supplier...suffice to say I didn't get my phone, their lines were dead the whole day and they do not respond to emails. This was my first and very last dealing with Finrite, how they are allowed to operate I do not know! DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM</p>
