The Worst Insurance Company Ever

I submitted a claim a month ago and have had no joy dealing with this insurance company, this is actually a joke and i am in complete distress, this is the worst insurance company, the customer service agents don't even sound like they know what they are doing and can never give you a straight answer when you ask them a question, every time i call them "if they are not hanging up" to follow up on my claim i keep getting the same story, this company deserves a zero rating and i am planning on contacting the ombudsman. Why Telkom would even sell us insurance from such a useless company is beyond me.
