the worst insurance company

<p>i submitted a cell phone claim for my damaged cell phone at jet store at trade route mall </p> <p>the cell phone is insured with finrite. they insured my cell phone as a gadget instead of a cell phone but my ime number is for the cell phone that i bought from jet strors. it is four weeks now and the keep on telling me the same old story '' they are going to escelate the matter'' they tell me this every time i call in. this is bad business i will not stop telling people to not buy a cell phone from jet or edgars because they insure the cell phones with finrite. i feel like closing my jet account i am very unhappy. </p>
