The worst don’t insure with them if u value your peace

The worst company I have e we had to deal with, my phone been reported with them from the 27 September till today I dnt have a phone, if u dnt call everyday angry you won’t get any just bit of help, at the latter I paid my excess and had to call them back again days later whereas do the payment has been done, from then I get a call to choose a phone, as I was not ready he says I should go decide and call them back, I that take the number call them back only to be told they’ve sent an email to whoever to call me back, I hv since been waiting mind you I dnt hv a phone, for an entire month. Wat kind of thing is this do they want to give up and let go. HELL NO I won’t i need the phone since I been paying my premiums no month skipped
