THE WORST DEVICE INSURANCE COMPANY !!
I've always been a loyal customer to Telkom. I recently lost my phone and the insurance company has not assisted me even through email , it's been two weeks full and i cannot get through I have never dealt with such incompetence ever.

This is totally unacceptable and totally *********** . What is the point of having insurance when the insurance company isn't answering emails and calls. I want to cancel my insurance now!! I WONT ACCEPT SUCH SERVICE !
