The worst administrators I've ever experienced

I wrote a review recently and received feedback from Finrite Administrators stating that they would get back to me. It has been four days with no call received from them, they just respond to reviews with an automated reply to make it seem as if they will sort your issue, but alas to no avail! I am really ****ed off now, how long should a claim take and how long should one wait for their response????
