I got my Phone on the 4th of July 2019 and I was super excited because it was the first most expensive thing I bought my self.on the 6th of July 2019 I went in store Telkom at Jabulani mall in soweto to insure my phone. Nothing was explained to me that they told me I'm now covered. On the 27th of july 2019 a couple travelling with a baby boy pick pocketed my phone at Pickn pay protea point while we were in line at the Baker. I only saw the footage after they were long gone.i was devastated I even sent messages that they bring it back I will pay them back , but unfortunately my baby Samsung was gone. After reporting to Telkom they gave me the necessary papers to send to Finrite. I then looked up Finrite online and the reviews were terrible I lost all hope. Out of all the reviews I only saw one positive review. On the 29th I did everything that was supposed to be done and I sent the access fee which was my last money....mind you it hadn't been a month yet so they haven't deducted their monthly premium. I did follow up calls and the Telkom insurance Finrite team were very helpful and patient. Today 07 August 2019 my device was delivered to my work place .
