Thank you Nancy for the impeccable service!

Taking this moment to give credit where it's due :) I'd just like to say THANK YOU to Nancy Ndebele for always giving me the best service, always responding to my emails and going the extra mile. I first came into contact with her when I made my first claim, my phone was broken. I received a new phone within two weeks. A few months later this phone was ****** and I had to submit another claim. It was a mess going to the police etc. I submitted my claim to Finrite, received no response for two weeks. I sent it again with Nancy on copy and received a response immediately, she made sure I submitted all the correct do***ents and always responded to my emails kindly. A few weeks went by and I heard nothing from Cell C! I sent Nancy an email, it turns out the guys at the sandton store were just sitting with the phone. She called them immediately with me on the line and I got my phone that day! It's great when people go the extra mile even if it's not their job. I'm no longer a cell C client or a fan of the brand but if I was guaranteed service like this always then I would gladly go back! :)
