Tfg /finrite cash insurance refund poor service

Im so sick and tired of calling in I called 6 times already as I have cash insurance and canceled it on 23 April 2021 and still up until August they have deducted. The 2nd last lady said wait until the 12th they do payouts then and still nothing. Why aren't they taking this further, what are there managers for, they esculate it and just nothing gets done, I called now again and my call got cut after holding for so long 😡 I want my money a.s.a.p
