Terrible service - Unauthorised deductions

Shocking service. I cancelled my policy in May 2020. Suddenly in Nov / Dev 2020 they started to deduct the premium again - without my permission. I have spoken to 4 different people and sat on the phone for hours. I've sent mails. Still NOT resolved. I have done nothing but waste my airtime.
