Terrible service regarding claim (months long and still unresolved)

I have been waiting for Finrite to payout my insurance claim now for months. My phone is insured with them and they *****ed up my claim. My matter has been escalated several times with no end. I have never been so frustrated, and the amount of money I have spent on calls to reach the consultants is ridiculous. I would not ever recommend them and have lost complete faith in their service.
