Terrible service. Lying agents. Lost paper work
Terrible service... I bought a phone from forchini and my phone is insured with finrite. My phone was lost, the claim was approved for R1399.99. They do not want to allow me to take a better phone and pay in the difference from my account. However when i call the callcenter an agent advised me that i can take a better phone and pay through my account. They also sent my approval documents to tje incorrect store. Making me run around like a blue **** fly!
