Terrible Service

i would like to share my worst experience with regard to the service i recently received from truworths cellphone insurance claim , i lost my Samsung A30 recently that was replaced last year with the value of R3800.00 and recently now due to the covid 19 the value went up to R4650 . i had to pay the different for same item that i was insured for , the covid 19 lockdown impacted all of us but my policy never lapse for whatever reason during the struggle of lockown . i spoke to both Tuesday and Grace regarding my claim and honestly i was treated unfairly as client . I'M NOT SURE I WILL RECOMEND THE COMPANY TO ANY ONE unless i want to suffer financially .
