Terrible service

No, your service is properly disappointing. Courier services took my phone in December 2019 sometime. 3 months later I still do not have my phone. Your people sent a request for me to send an invoice to prove I am insured of which that is not right as you should not whether I am insured or not. Move past that I sent the invoice and no one is communicating what is happening and I am not even getting my phone, this is frustrating I have been waiting since December. May you finish my phone and courier it back. I really do not know why you not improving the service you are providing as when I was claiming for my other phone last year I received the very same terrible service. Do something about how you service us.
