Terrible service

Finrite cellphone insurance I lost my phone last weekend and did the whole process of going to the police. I emailed my documents on Wednesday and I called Finrite on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and today . The line was not getting answered I waited on the line and now the line goes straight to voicemail. I thought the company is still functioning during lockdown and now month end I have to pay the insurance premium when I don’t even have a phone or communication.
