terrible service at Finrite insurance and Telkom

to whom it may concern, i have an issuance with Finrite through Telkom I have been trying to claim for my ****** phone I am receiving very poor and bad service. I haven't even claimed for my insurance but already it's a problem, getting through to them seems impossible I'm really disappoint with the service I'm getting after paying successfully my insurance for two years it seems my money has gone to waste. I will however not back down till my matter has been resolved this is totally unacceptable. If they cannot help me they they must give me all my money back.
