Terrible service
I have had the most terrible service from Telkom insurance Finrite. Since 29 August 2020 I have been struggling to get my cellphone fixed. It is 22 October 2020 and still no joy. They simply do not respond to mails and their landline number just rings. But when I had to pay the excess they were super quick to be on my case. I am so disappointed in the way they have handled my query.
