Terrible service

Booked my phone in for repair, I booked it in with the original box it came with and a cover for the phone. Got the phone back like a month later without the box, no cover and no Sim card that I left in the phone, the Sim that was in the is linked to my bank account and now its gone. When asked at the store they were nonchalant about the items and just gave me the phone.
