Terrible service
<p>I am very dissapointed with my insurance that I took out with Cell C. I lost my phone on the 15th of this month. It has almost been 2 weeks and I havent heard ANYTHING about my claim, no one has contacted me and I have also phoned the C Surance Call Centre almost everyday in order to give my landline number aswell as to hear what is happening with my claim and the phone just keeps on ringing. As I use this phone for personal and bussiness use, I am extremely frustrated. I have asked the to contact me through email or home telephone ********** as I am sitting without a phone. and please dont tell me they will be in contact with me soon or tell me to phone another number. They should phone ME... immediately!!!!!! I have seen the posts of other people with problems with you guys aswell.... and it just does not get sorted even weeks after!!!!!!!!!
