Terrible service

<p>I am very dissaponted in the service delivery from Finrite </p> <p>I logged a claim with the Truworths cellphone insuarance claim , </p> <p>Firstly the call centre people dont seem to be clued up on the insuarance process as i was told different things of what i must do to submit a claim . </p> <p>I then had to call THEM to make follow up, only to be told they waiting for a quote from the repair centre.</p> <p>It took them 2 weeks to get a quote , only to be told that they might not be able to repair it and the is a possibilty of a longer delay as they might not even be able to fix the phone . i could have got a phone but now . your service is horrible , your response time is even worse ! </p> <p>Aaron ( the manager) tou need tp pull your socks up :(</p> <p> </p>
