Terrible Phone service

While the call centre agents are polite, the only thing you can get from them are: 1, a greeting - 2, a legal disclaimer - and 3, an apology that they are unable to help.

You are also put on hold for ages, and calls are often dropped before even speaking to an Agent, or having the phone answered, put on hold again, and dropped again.

you will also be promised calls back when they have been unable to help but will get back to you asap which never come.

I have spent so much money and time on such a small issue, and I now know the names of all the Agents, as well as the call centre number, and my reference off by heart.
