Terrible Insurance Finrite not Capturing Clients Information on the systems

I would like to say that i am highly disappointed in Finrite Administrators (PTY) Ltd i lost my phone last week and they are telling me that my phone has the IMEI number for Vodacom how do i get involved in Vodacom when i have been using telkom on my phonr for the past 5 years they are giving me issues to give me a TC Reference i am not impressed and i think i should cancel because it is always an issue with Fin rite
