TERRIBLE INSURANCE
Vodacom insuance is the worst. My iphone 8 has been gone from 20th July 2020. The phone stopped working the back camera and flash, it didn't fall or anything. Now finrite isnt paying for the claim because there is no physical damage. I've been on this insurance for 24 months and this is the explanation I'm getting. One consultant forget her name said I should lie and say it fell so that they can pay out.
