Terrible insurance

I have cellphone insurance with this company. I made a claim and did everything necessary on my side, more than a month later I have heard different excuses from different people, left without a phone, nobody contacts me as I have been told,calls are always cut by the company and most of all,they still debut for their insurance each month.
