Terrible insurance

I'm extremely disappointed with Finrite insurance company. I submitted a claim for a laptop at the beginning of this month and I still don't have my laptop. Every time I phone them, they always state that they are cellphone insurance company as if I'm the only person whom insured a laptop, besides they could see in the beginning what I'm being insured for. Worse is when I have to remind them that, I made a claim and I need some feedback everyday.

I need my laptop, I cannot do any work without it. As soon as I receive my laptop, I will make sure to close this insurance and advise everyone not to take it because of such things.
