Terrible Customer Service

I cancelled my cell phone insurance with Finrite Administrators on the 06th of July 2019 and still being billed. I have a confirmation email from Finrite that confirms that the policy was cancelled. I hope I'm getting a refund. Telkom and Finrite are your worst nightmare. Never but never again. Tammy Koopman.
