Telkominsurance finrite

Telkom insurance is very unprofessional. I lost a phone and reported it on the 12 Nov and sent all needed documents but no one replyed my email ... i even made a follow up email but still no reply and everytime when i call id be online for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer and in some days no one answers ... yesterday again i called 19/11/19 and waited for 45 minutes without being attended to but a lady answered and when i told her about my email she checked and said i see the email and told me to wait on the line and went away for 20 minutes then hanged up... their unprofessionalism is annoying because we use airtime to call them and they dont take us seriously ...all they know is to deduct money from the bank but dont have good customer service. Im close to taking the matter to newspapers and Y Fm...
