Telkominsurance backed by Finrite

Insuring your phone through telkom via finrite insurance is an absolute nightmare . i have 8 handsets insured over the past 12 months. i claimed for 1 ****** phone and 1 phone repair . the Saga started in september 2017 , until now , even though the City View store manager has taken it upon himself to get involved , i have had no joy . 1) Just plain incompetence 2) Sent the phone back to store twice un repaired - without reason 3) no response to emails from myslef and telkom associate 4) cant get through to finrite call centre 5) line is bad when you do get through 6) No help whatsoever - 7) Its a money making scheme ( ripping us off) 8) My contract is with Telkom , they do not want to take responsibility 9) After sending an email to cancel , still no response 10 ) struggling to cancel the insurance through call centre DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE with tellkom via finrite
