TELKOM WILL BLACK YOU FOR THEIR MESS

Telkom is the worst service provider I have come across. I had a contract with them and tried to cancel it since 2017 until know 2019 it was not done I have more than 5 case numbers that I received from TELKOM which was not attended to until today. They handed me over to lawyers forgetting that I'm still sitting with unresolved case numbers the last time when I e-mailed the lawyers they told me the case was closed but to my surprise I'm still receiving accounts from Telkom and to crown it all i received a letter that they are handing me over to the Credit Bureau after they messed up since 2017. Telkom messed up big time now they have the guts to send me letters to threaten me with the Credit Bureau is this how they treat their customers??? PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OF TELKOM THEY MESS UP YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED
