Telkom the worst nightmare

So I transferred my contract to exhusband last year mid year and now for two months Telkom Nudebt has been harassing me telling me I owe them some money on that transferred contract. Last month I called (081180) and the lady was helpful and I thought this was done until Nudebt started again. The contract was successfully transferred and was done at fourways mall Telkom store but it still appears in my name according to the agent. The lady I talked to today was rather not helpful and lazy! I called around 11/12 and the lady that I forgot her full name but starts with No... didnt put any effort in helping me and I asked to speak to her manager but she said her manager is not available and will call me back...she didnt call back, Telkom would rather ruin people's credit status and **********ly take people's money.
