Finrite is the definition of incompetence. Their staff are lacking s****s of communication and the inexpertness level of service from their staff is proof not to have any dealing with this insurance company. The inadequate service I am receiving is unsatisfactory for the 21st century. I have a claim outstanding with the insurance company and the staff cannot provide feedback, cannot call me back and update me with respect to my claim. They are completely useless. Sad to think such big telecommunications company like Telkom use their services. Telkom change your service provider because they are bringing disrepute to your name.
