Telkom se ma se gat!

So I ordered a new cellphone and did the whole verification process telephonically, I was approved gave my banking details, ID number and stuff, never received a reference number even no confirmation email no nothing. When I phone their call centre I wait 15minutes max till they eventually pick up. When I checked the cellphone price online again it's now R200 extra p.m. which will cost me an extra R4800 in the end and my order just magically disappeared. I'm really worried about all my info I have given that just magically disappeared. I swear I'm gonna go so far as to get my recording and have it removed from their system and cancel my whole application because they won't need my information anymore because I'm applying at Cell C instead. Telkom just released the last pettiness in me.
