Telkom pathetic none existing service!

15 March 2021 I cancelled my Telkom ADSL and landline with effective 17th. Never got a reference number as was promised a SMS would go through. Since them I am being charged for internet I moved from in 2013. For a year I have logged calls for cancellation and have no been handed over for collections. How is this right
