telkom not wanting new clients...

in these current economic times, most of us are working from home and internet connectivity has become something of the present for work and play now. In my area I only get strong network coverage from Telkom, therefore it was best for me to apply for the unlimited business data plan for R399 month to month... a consultant called me now 24/06/2020 and advise me that I do not qualify for their Telkom data package.... Am I missing something here.. I need to work and need the data to perform my duties...how can I not qualify for data month to month??? are they kidding me... so they will rather turn customers away that earn an income monthly and stop them from continued work, than rather assisting and getting more clients who are happy with the signal coverage in their area......Telkom must have too much money to turn away client's.....maybe I am better off with Rain then..they don't do credit checks for data....
