Telkom nonsense!!

<p>Telkom Insurance(finrite) is a terrible company.. Actually even Telkom mobile is just as bad.. The customer service is horrible.. I claimed for my phone over 2 months ago but still haven't received it.. They don't even give updates on what's happening.. I constantly have to keep calling them.. Telkom mobile in the other hand don't know anything when it comes to their insurance they can't even provide help besides giving you the number to call the insurance. I am fed up with telkom as a whole!!</p>
