Telkom mystery magic

I'm just going to come out and say it. They are rogues who make it very difficult to confront. 2 months ago my wife's number was taken by a stranger via Telkom. When telkom was confronted at the stranger mall branch. The disgusting lady had the nerve to say that their is no record of this number and what proof do we have?. We had our bank registered on that number and where using it for the past 6 years. And today Telkom mysteriously makes my airtime which was approximately R50 plus disappeare. These guys are magicians. Everything vanishes into thin air.. Literally!!
