Telkom Mobile - AKINGA Vertical services

Telkom Value Added Services AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE which is a subscription that I did not agree to. Telkom is claiming they have nothing to do with it however when you search online what this AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE is then it comes up as a TelkomPlus service. I was sent an SMS link to subscribe to this service listed as 'Woman of Honour' which I never did. It automatically started charging me R3-00 per day for the subscription which I never agreed to or signed up for. I have tried phoning the billing department and they do not seem to be able to help
