Telkom landline phne to be fixed

My mom got her a telkom landline phne but now where can we take it to be fixed the battery swollan and we dont knw if the chargingblock is broken weve been to Paarl mall the only answer we get out of them is we dont do repairs so do we have to buy a new phne or what......
