Telkom is the worst

I have been with telkom for 8 years. This is by far the worst. So very disappointed. Going to their contact centre is useless. They just tell you they can't help you, you must call 180. When you do. They tell you in 48 hours all will be fixed and it never is. Same problem for 3 months. Yet they still take my money
